I’m still using my Yorkvilles (SM1P). They’ve been discontinued by the company, no idea why, because they translate really well. Not just for me — everyone who has ever mixed here has said that what they heard when they got home was what they heard here. Here’s a MIX magazine review.
Recently I’ve augmented, with M Audio ‘s studiophile. They too are well balanced, if somewhat cloudy. They’re marketed to the computer audio crowd, rather than musicians or producers, and in that sense I hope they reproduce for me the environment that a lot of you listen on. So I’m checking mixes by playing them off itunes as well. Here’s a review.
