Right now, lots of little instruments standing around doing nothing in particular, they exist in spaces (rooms, halls) both specific and general, and together create a vibrating whole; pleasing actually.
Gentle propulsion.
Ether and waves.
Environmental (not ambient) music.
Looking for the quiet moments, but needing the noise to get there. Holding the baby in one arm, doing the overdub or the eq with the other. Using the source material, the sound of the room, making other spaces complement, sounds that blend, remain in context even as they speak with their own voices.
Collected on 4 track (16 bit), transferred to 24 (24 bit). Some kept intact and overdubbed, others looped, perhaps just a fragment remains in some cases.
Third in series relating to concert dance work
All improvised basic rhythm tracks and concepts, often playing some combination of synth, piano, and handsonic simultaneously.
